For Project Managers

For requests that arrive for items such as Audio Eye Implementation, Integration Deployments, Finalsite Learn Deployments, Finalsite Apply Deployments, or Finalsite Feeds Implementation which are attached within your website contracts, this website will allow you to request these services to begin at a time when the site is ready. 

For example, you can request Finalsite Feeds to be set up once the site has been created and we are able to access the settings. This should make the process more efficient as we can start on the implementation as soon as we hear from you. 

For Training Requests which may arise during the course of deployment. You can make these requests on behalf of your client. Using this form you will see which days 60 minute time slots are available from our Training team and help get those secured for your client. 

For Client Success Managers

This system allows you to quickly let our team know when someone has purchased an addition to their contract via an addendum or a work order. This way we can connect with the client faster and get projects started quicker!
