The purpose of this site is for Project Managers and Client Success Representatives to request specific support processes for their clients.
There are two ways to submit a request.
The first is to navigate to finalsitebookings.zendesk.com and click the orange paper plane icon that says "Submit a Request." From the dropdown, select which form you would like to submit. Complete the form and submit. Note: anything entered on the form has the potential to be seen by a client.
You will receive an email confirmation once the request is submitted.
The second is to log in by clicking the "Sign in" button in the upper right hand corner. Once you have signed in you can click "Submit a Request" via the Icon or via the navigation in the upper right hand corner. Again, select the form that applies, and submit. This eliminates the need for you to put in your email address.

If you wish to view tickets that you have submitted, log in and click the "My Tickets" option at the top of the page. If your ticket has been process by the support team, it will be listed under the "Tickets I am cc'ed on".
